The Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau will make hotel assignments upon receipt of this official form. Rooms are assigned based on the order received, stated hotel preference and hotel availability. Reservations will not be accepted by phone. All reservations must be made through the housing department by September 17, 2008 to receive the conference-discounted rates. After September 17, 2008, new reservations, changes or cancellations must be made directly with your assigned hotel and the convention-discounted rate will no longer be available. Contact the housing department at (800) 307-7977 if you have not received an acknowledgment letter within 30 days of submitting your form. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m.
