All reservations must be made through the housing department by May 16, 2008 to receive the conference-discounted rates. After May 16, 2008, new reservations, changes or cancellations must be made directly with your assigned hotel and the convention-discounted rate will no longer be available. Contact the housing department at (800) 307-7977 if you have not received an acknowledgment letter within 15 days of submitting your form. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m.
