The
Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau will make hotel assignments
upon receipt of this official form. Rooms are assigned based on the
order received, stated hotel preference and hotel availability.
Reservations will not be accepted by phone. All reservations
must be made through the housing department by February 18, 2008 to
receive the convention-discounted rates. After February 18, 2008,
new reservations, changes or cancellations must be made
directly with your assigned hotel and the convention-discounted rate
will no longer be available. Contact the housing department at (800)
307-7977 if you have not received an acknowledgment letter within 30 days of submitting your form. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out
is 12 p.m.
1/25/08: The Old
Pasadena Courtyard by Marriott hotel will be added soon! Please
check back next week to book your room at our conference discounted
rate.
