The Pasadena Convention &Visitors Bureau's (CVB) Client
Services department is eager to ensure that your experience in our "village" exceeds your expectations in every way. The department is pleased to offer the following:
PROGRAM PLANNING ASSISTANCE
The Client Services department can provide information and referrals for every aspect of program planning. From arranging a personal welcome from the mayor to finding the ideal off-site special event location, the department has the knowledge and the resources to help you create a memorable meeting or convention. The department can assist with companion programs, transportation, sightseeing tours, entertainment referrals, and much more.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
The Pasadena CVB is pleased to provide a complimentary, four-color "attendance builder" that can be massed mailed to attendees. We also offer complimentary Event Calendars and Visitors Guides for on-site distribution. The comprehensive Visitors Guide
features information on dining & nightlife, arts & attractions,
sports & recreation, and a fold-out map.
REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE
The Client Services department provides experienced professional staff
members who will provide quality assistance for all your convention needs
This assistance is available at $15 per our. All staff is guaranteed a
minimum of 4 hours per day. For every 100 guestrooms utilized you are
entitled to receive 4-hours complimentary. Personnel are not bonded.
Requests should be made 30 days in advance. Listed below are several ways
our staff can assist:

provide attendees with information on restaurants, shopping,
attractions and directions.

Computer assistance for database input
and badge production

Greeters and room monitor assistance
COMPUTERIZED HOUSING
The Pasadena CVB offers a complimentary computerized reservation service
to groups using two or more Pasadena hotels with a minimum of 400
guestrooms on peak night.

Housing coordinator will manage and
monitor hotel inventories to maximize room block.

Reports available to the meeting
planner include a rooming list, an inventory summary and cancellation
reports on a weekly basis.

Attendees may fax, mail or reserve
online at www.pasadenacal./housing.

Link from your organization's Web site
to the housing reservation site.

Acknowledgment notices are mailed to
each delegate on a weekly basis.

Final housing recap will be provided
once meeting has finalized for future reference.

A customized hotel reservation form
provided for distribution.
PUBLICITY
To enhance your public relations efforts, the Pasadena CVB's public
relations department offers media lists and a photo CD.
VIP AMENITIES
As a token of appreciation, our staff provides an in-room amenity to
those who are responsible for organizing and bringing your event to
Pasadena.
